Someone who has extensive knowledge of living in high rise apartments my whole life pretty much. After 10 seconds the door will try to close itself. There is ONE instance in this video of the door attempting to close itself after that 10 seconds and then being reopened (by pushing the elevator button outside the elevator). ONCE. Throughtout the entirety of the rest of the video the only other time (other than the individual floors it visits) that it attempts to close, and that's when it's closing. Taking that into account (hoping that nothing is deleted) it was 2:47 that the button would have stopped being pressed so that the door could close at 2:57. Either someone working the hotel or someone just of camera is holding the button or stopping the elevator from closing. There is no way to stop the door from trying to close itself except : motion sensors (she was standing away from the door for longer than 10 seconds at one point, so the door would have tried to close), holding the button down (inside or outside of it), someone in the security room is stopping the elevator, or she hit the emergency stop button (which wouldn't have let the door close at all until someone called down to do it). So, given those two theories, and the fact that she was really only concerned about something coming from or to the RIGHT of the elevator (button being to the left of it) seems as though she also would have trusted the person holding the button to some extent. The one movement she does exiting the elevator at one point, is almost as if to test something, she slowly pokes out then jumps forward two steps.. as though she's trying to trigger something motion sensored or fool a dog let's say (example). She is either high, drunk or mental issues, but I will bet my money on someone standing there holding down the button. When she exits the elevator, almost every time she stands there as though talking with someone, even her weird motions to the elevator door seem to indicate she is showing someone that the door won't close or something, pointing to perhaps someone in the security office. Her being up in the tank means two options (since it was alarmed) she either worked there herself, or knew someone who knew the codes. Meaning she was either high/drunk/mentally ill and got herself into the tank, someone noticed the alarms were off, might have gone up to check to see why, noticed nothing wrong (as freshly dead bodies will sink before they float), so he wouldn't have seen anything and then just turned them back on. OR, someone put her in there, but the alarms being back on is the key. She could obviously turn them off if she wanted to but someone would then obviously need to turn it back on. So, in conclusion, the elevator door attempted to close one time, and then never again until the last time it closed on that floor, which is impossible unless someone is stopping it from doing so, and the alarm, whether turned off by her or not, needed to be turned back on afterwards.

My theory, is that she met or was friends with someone who worked there, they got too high or drunk or whatever, they panicked when something went wrong (whether accidental or purposeful), brought her up to the tanks and set the alarm back up. Because while she might seem frightened, her actions tell me otherwise. She would have been moving much faster, even with the video slowed down if she was THAT worried about something, and would NOT have stayed in that hallways for 2.5 minutes either, would have ran for the stairs.

I remember reading that Dillenger's father had his "son" buried in a steel vault, filled with concrete. This would make it next to impossible to exhume the body without destroying it.

What's more, no one figured out where he got the cash for something like this.
